The Huananzhi X99-BD4 motherboard appeared at the beginning of 2021 and instantly won its audience of fans of computer assemblies. Socket LGA 2011-3, supports all Intel XEON E5 series version 3 or version 4, supported DDR4 RECC RAM (server RAM) up to 128 GB, has a slot for M.2 NVME NGFF ATX and sata.

NOTE! Not every DDR4 RAM is compatible with LGA2011-3 systems. Not all desktop memory strips will work if they contain 8 memory banks. If there are any, the download stops at post codes 67 (b7) or 35. Modules for 16 banks are working properly at the same time. The problem is that it is not possible to visually identify such modules, since the number of banks and the number of chips may not match. It is known that modules with 4 chips will not work for sure.

The rank of memory does not matter, but it is better to choose two-rank than peer-to-peer modules, since they will show the highest performance. In the case of choosing modules of 32 GB, it is worth giving up four-brain memory, they probably may not earn on boards manufactured in China.
