Terms and definitions

In these Rules for advertising insertion, unless the context requires otherwise, the stated below terms have the following meanings and are their integral part:

International Trading Platform — Website https://shopping-online.store and its mobile version being a service for announcement of goods and services, and also providing access to information about goods and services intended for potential  Buyers (Consumers).

Owner of International Trading Platform — LLC “SHOPPING-ONLINE.STORE” (hereinafter referred to as SHOPPING-ONLINE (Legal address: 2, Ozernaya Str. Flat 74, Kaliningrad, Kaliningrad Region, 236029, OGRN 1203900011677, email: info@shopping-online.store). any individual and legal entity (participant of foreign economic activity (according to the text of this Offer – Importer/Exporter)), using the International Trading Platform under this Offer terms.

Buyer — any individual or legal entity (participant of foreign economic activities (as used in this Offer – Importer/Exporter)), using the International Trading Platform under the terms herein.

Seller — an individual entrepreneur, a legal entity (Importer/Exporter) or a self-employed person (an individual in case of sale of a used product), performing  activities for the sale of goods and offering the Buyer to conclude a contract for the sale of goods by placing Goods on the International Trading Platform.

Goods (Products) — the subject of a sales contract which is concluded between the Buyer and the Seller. The Seller is the owner of the Goods being sold. All relations related to Goods purchase and sale arise between the Seller placing Goods on the International Trading Platform and the Buyer.

Announcement - the subject of a  contract for provision of services concluded between the Seller and  the International Trading Platform of LLC "SHOPPING ONLINE". The contract specifies general conditions of mandatory relations when SHOPPING ONLINE provides information-technical and advertising services.

Personal Cabinet (dashboard, profile) is a personal and inaccessible to third parties section of the International Trading Platform, which serves for the purpose of placing Orders and  Services, as well as getting special offers under this Offer, which is accessed after registration by entering the authentication data of the Buyer or the Seller.

Pick-up Point  - a separate subdivision (agreed between the Seller and the Buyer) that delivers and releases Orders to Buyers who indicated the address of a respective   Pick-up point as the place of delivery.

Postamat — an automated terminal for goods release.

Order – implementation by the Buyer of activities aimed at conclusion of a contract for Goods delivery, as well as a contract / contracts for the sale of a relevant  Product/ relevant Goods with the Seller / Sellers, by finalizing an order for Goods and specified services on the International Trading Platform.

Services - delivery services provided by the Seller to the Buyer with respect to the Goods purchased by the Buyer through the International Trading Platform or information-technical and advertising services provided by SHOPPING ONLINE to Sellers and Buyers with respect to placing and viewing ads for goods and services, selling goods by the Seller to the Buyer through the International Trading Platform.

Door shipping of goods (shipping of products) - shipping of goods to the address specified by the Buyer, different from addresses of Pick-up points and Postamat addresses provided that the Buyer has discussed the door shipping address with the Seller and has reached such an agreement.

Discount is discount provided by the Seller for a certain Product. The discount amount is indicated on the Product page. The Product price is indicated considering   a promotional discount.

1. Advertisements shall comply with legal requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and other countries.

1.1. The Seller undertakes to avoid placing in advertisements on the International Trading Platform offers, conditions or information that violate the legislation of the Russian Federation and other countries, violate the instructions for use of the International Trading Platform or the rights of third parties, or add to such violations.
1.2. The Seller is entitled to insert on the International Trading Platform only advertisements for such goods, services, objects and other offers (hereinafter referred to as Goods), in respect of which the Seller obtains all necessary rights, licenses, registrations, permits, certificates, etc.
1.3. Prior to advertising insertion on the International Trading Platform, the Seller shall verify legality of all its elements (including photos, videos, links to third-party sites, when they are permissible, etc.). For any violations of the law or the rights of third parties committed by the Seller, the Seller is solely responsible under the current legislation of the Russian Federation and other countries.

2. Information in advertisements should be true and complete

2.1. SHOPPING-ONLINE considers as a major violation of the rules of the International Trading Platform the placement in an advertisement of any information that may create confusion about  goods posted by the Seller or the terms of an offer. 
2.2. The Seller shall indicate in an advertisement on the International Trading Platform an actual phone number by which the Buyer can contact the Seller.
2.3. If by force of law an offer should contain any details, the Seller shall specify them.
2.4. The Seller is solely responsible for running advertisements on the International Trading Platform, in which there is no mandatory information or false information is given.

3. An advertisement  should  fit into categories on the International Trading Platform 

3.1. The Seller shall insert advertisements for those goods only which fit into subject categories on the International Trading Platform. The Seller and the Buyer are not entitled to insert advertisements for acceptance as a gift, ordering services, donation, dating, findings, losses, purchasing or searching. Exceptions: the Buyer can insert advertisements for real estate purchase only in Real Estate category.
3.2. The Seller is forbidden to place several products in one ad, except if they make up a set of several or fit into the same category. This means that the Seller can offer spinning and fishing gear in one advertisement in ‘Sport, recreation/Hunting and fishing’ category, but cannot offer a car for going fishing. Exceptions:

3.2.1. In  ‘Real Estate’, ‘Cars’ categories the Seller shall  insert  a separate advertisement for each offer; 
3.2.2. In ‘Mobile devices/Phones’ category  the Seller can place several products in one advertisement only if they at one time make up a set of several and fit into the same category.

3.3. If an advertisement contains several products which fit into the same category,  price shall be set for each product .
3.4. The Seller is entitled to insert advertising on the International Trading Platform within the same category in Russian and foreign Languages (if the Seller is Importer/Exporter) using only one Personal Cabinet (but also if these actions are performed for the purpose of one Seller or the Sellers’ joint business).
3.5. SHOPPING-ONLINE is entitled to fix prices for paid advertisements inserted by the Seller for promoting and accelerating sales for certain categories, regions and countries. By giving an oppotunity to pay for promotion of advertisements within 30 calendar days and per diem prior to inserting an advertisement by the Seller, the subsequent submission of a new or activation of a previously created advertisement in relevant categories, regions and countries can be possible in return for a fee, in accordance with the Terms of paid advertising insertion.

4. An offer made by the Seller should be specific, actual and relevant 

4.1. The Seller shall insert an advertisement on the International Trading Platform for a specific actual product with product utility. For example, on the International Trading Platform it is not possible to sell a fictive product (Beautiful Air) or rent an apartment in a tree.
4.2. By inserting an advertisement for the sale of goods on the International Trading Platform the Seller shall  transfer the goods to the Buyer immediately after the Buyer’s notification of  the Seller, if the Seller inserts an advertisement for a certain service he shall provide such service, etc. 
4.3. When placing goods on pre-order from abroad, the Buyer and the Seller shall negotiate all conditions of sale and delivery of goods to the Buyer, and agree on payment  terms inclusive of all commissions, costs and taxes.
4.4. The Seller is not entitled to insert advertisements for the sale of goods through Quote Requests (auction or through a bidding process). Exception: in ‘Real Estate’, ‘Cars’ and ‘Transport’  categories (except for ‘Parts & Accessories’ subcategory), the Seller is entitled to insert an advertisement for the sale through Quote Requests (auction), provided there is a direct reference to this sale condition in an advertisement.
4.5. In case if the Seller has sold goods or the offer has ceased to be relevant for other reasons, the Seller shall withdraw an advertisement from posting as soon as possible. The Seller should not  change the content of the previously posted advertisement. The Seller also undertakes to avoid uploading a photo of another product or property. The Seller shall create a new advertisement for a new offer.
4.6. The Seller agrees that advertising insertion may result in his obligation to the potential Buyer to conclude a contract for sale or delivery and execute a transaction according to the current legislation of Russian Federation and other countries and these Rules of the International Trading Platform.
4.7. The Seller undertakes to avoid placing information of general advertising nature without a specific offer in advertisements.

5. It is forbidden to insert repeated advertisements 

5.1. The Seller is entitled to insert only one valid advertisement for one product. SHOPPING-ONLINE considers insertion of repeated advertisements (duplicates) as a gross violation of the International Trading Platform Rules.

5.1.1. This means that the Seller is forbidden to insert repeated advertisements (duplicates) offering the same product in different cities, districts or countries. Exceptions: The Seller is entitled to insert several advertisements for one offer available in several cities or countries, in ‘Services’ categories and in ‘Turnkey business’, ‘Trucks and Special Equipment’, ‘Water Transport’, ‘Motorcycles’ subcategories. And also in ‘For home/Furniture & Home Decor’, ‘Construction and Repair/Building materials’, ‘For business/Business equipment’ and ‘Animals/Farm animals’ subcategories.

5.2. The Seller should avoid inserting repeated advertisements (duplicates) offering the same product through several Personal Cabinets (but also if the Seller operates for the purpose of one legal entity or joint business). Exception: in ‘Real Estate’ category it is allowed to place at one time the property by an owner and by an authorized agency. In such a case, an agency (the Seller) cannot insert an advertisement by using the Personal Cabinet ‘Not having passed the procedure for opening a store’ or with indication ‘Individual’ in  ‘Type of seller (lessor)’ announcement parameter. Also, one agency (the Seller) cannot insert repeated advertisements by using several Personal Cabinets.
5.3. An advertisement inserted by the Seller is also regarded as repeated (duplicate) if:

  • The Seller withdraws an advertisement from posting or delete it (but also prior to expiration of its insertion on the International Trading Platform), and then inserts a new advertisement for the same product, but also in another region or in another category;
  • The Seller edits a posted advertisement by replacing an offered product with another one, and then inserts a new advertisement that offers the product from an original version of an old advertisement.

5.4. If parameters of an advertisement match the same parameters of another previously inserted advertisement,  a more recent advertisement is regarded as repeated and can be blocked.
5.5. The Seller is forbidden to insert advertisements at the request or order from other Sellers and Buyers, participants of the International Trading Platform.

6. Prohibited Goods and Services

If the Seller is not sure whether his offer is allowed on the International Trading Platform, it is required to contact the support service.

6.1. Medicine and health:

6.1.1. Medical services (for example, psychotherapy);
6.1.2. Medicines;
6.1.3. X-ray and MRI equipment, equipment for radiation therapy, devices using radioactive substances;
6.1.4. Medicinal raw materials obtained from reindeer husbandry;
6.1.5. Methods of traditional medicine;
6.1.6. Human organs and tissues, donor services, surrogate mothers, breast milk.

6.2. Tobacco, alcohol, drugs:

6.2.1 Tobacco, tobacco products (including those intended for use by heating or evaporation) and any smoking mixtures, as well as certificates, discount coupons or promotional codes for their purchase; 
6.2.2. Smoking accessories (including electronic cigarettes, electronic nicotine delivery systems, devices for heating tobacco or nicotine containing liquids, vapes and consumables for them, pipes, any hookahs, lighters, with the exception of lighters for collecting), spare parts and accessories for smoking electronic devices, as well as certificates, discount coupons or promotional codes for the purchase of smoking accessories;
6.2.3. Alcoholic beverages, ethyl and methyl alcohol (including synthetic, technical and food-grade), alcohol-based antiseptic solutions, including the sale of alcoholic beverages under the guise of empty alcohol containers; 
6.2.4. Narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, their precursors and any products for their use; superpotent and poisonous substances, the illegal trafficking of which is prohibited by Art. 234 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, job hunting and offer in this field.

6.3. Flora and fauna:

6.3.1. Animals, plants and other organisms listed in the Red Book of the Russian Federation, red books of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation or protected by international treaties - for example, SITES, their parts and derivatives (stuffed animals, skins, bone trophies, etc.), any goods made of them (clothing, accessories, interior items, food, etc.), as well as animals and other organisms, housing and using of which is prohibited by Russian legislation; offering services related to such animals and plants;
6.3.2. Goods and services that can be used for poaching and other illegal trapping of animals, birds or fish (for example, electric fishing rods, fishing nets, foot traps, animal baiting services); any goods obtained as a result of such activities;
6.3.3. Zoos (including their sale); services providing for the use of animals for cultural and entertainment purposes; hunting licenses and permits; any goods and services aimed at cruelty to animals or birds.

6.4. Financial services, material and currency values:

6.4.1. Financial services, assistance in obtaining them and financial intermediation;
6.4.2. Goods and services related to the activities of forex dealers (including equipment, consulting, training);
6.4.3. Foreign currency and other currency values, coins and banknotes in circulation, with the exception of their purchase and sale for numismatic purposes; counterfeit coins and banknotes (except requisites for productions and filming);
6.4.4. Cryptocurrencies and services related to their turnover, including training; 
6.4.5. Securities, with the exception of securities for collecting purposes with an explicit expiration date or a mark of invalidity/cancellation/redemption;
6.4.6. Precious metals, natural gemstones and pearls (except jewelry made of them);
6.4.7. Offers to participate in financial or commodity pyramid schemes or to obtain income or goods through unsavory means, as well as related training; investment offers without details, offers of paid registrations on websites, reposts, likes in social networks, views of advertising and (or) news on the Internet, clicks on links, participation in online surveys and (or) filling out questionnaires on the Internet, the use of multiplayer games and (or) cashback platforms for the purpose of receiving income.

6.5. Intellectual property rights:

6.5.1. Counterfeit goods are the goods that illegally use brand trademarks or imitate the original goods appearance (for example, replicas / counterfeiting  of designer clothes or accessories, phones);
6.5.2. Pirated products (e.g. unlicensed movies, games, video courses);
6.5.3. Services for replacement of licensed software or disruption of operation of the means of technical protection of digital equipment installed by a right holder (for example, firmware upgrade, unlock, jailbreak).

6.6. Other goods and services prohibited on the International Trading Platform:

6.6.1. Goods and services without a consumer value (for example, tags and receipts without goods), expired products or used disposable goods;
6.6.2. Ready-made diploma and term papers, dissertations, etc., as well as services for their writing;
6.6.3. Explosive items:
a) Weapons, including: firearms, pneumatic, cold, hunting, traumatic, gas, electroshock, throwing, sports, signal, collectible, cooled, deactivated;
b) Spare parts for any type of weapon, including: main and nonbasic parts, barrels, barrel receivers, bolt carrier, bolts, cams, butts, target rifle forearms, handles, magazines, muzzle-attachments (sound moderators, flame arresters, moderators), parts and components of trigger mechanisms, blades;
c) Any types of cartridges;
d) Means of active self-defense: batons, electroshockers, brass knuckles, aerosol and light and sound devices, gas and pepper sprays, etc;
e) Butterfly knife; automatic, semi-automatic, spring, gravitational, inertial and any other knives, blades and edges of which are either automatically removed from the handle when you press a button or lever and are fixed by them, or are extended by force of gravity or accelerated movement. 
6.6.4. If the Seller sells goods that are not bladed weapons but look like them by eye, the Seller is obliged to indicate this fact in an advertisement. In this case, the Seller is obliged to add to a product photo a scan or photo of a respective certificate;
6.6.5. Collection services;
6.6.6. State awards of the Russian Federation, RSFSR, USSR, pads and strips to them, as well as their copies, dummies and models (except for copies from magazines for collectors);
6.6.7. Intimate services (for example, escort services, erotic massage, striptease, nude shooting session), job hunting and offers in this field, sex toys, pornographic materials; 
6.6.8. Offers related to lotteries, risk-based games or betting, including equipment for their conducting;
6.6.9. Encryption equipment, technical means of special purpose, approved by Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No.770 of 01.07.1996, intended for eavesdropping and other secret receipt of information together with related documents;
6.6.10. Campaign materials, ballot papers and other goods and services related to exercise of political rights; job hunting and offer in this field;
6.6.11. Proposals related to performance of religious rites, prayers, activities of religious associations, activities of sects; job hunting and offer in this field;
6.6.12. Occult-magical services and all kinds of rites, rituals and predictions (for example, witchcraft, magic, astrology, numerology, fortunetelling, alternative medicine); job hunting and job offer in this field;
6.6.13. Job hunting and offer in the field of distribution of network marketing products and direct sales by independent distributors (sales representatives);
6.6.14. Job hunting and offer in armies, military structures and paramilitary forces of foreign states;
6.6.15. Extremist materials and objects with Nazi symbols;
6.6.16. Services for advertising insertion on the International Trading Platform SHOPPING ONLINE;
6.6.17. Any goods and services, circulation of which is limited or prohibited, or which may be aimed at violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation, including:
a) Contact or credentials, including phone numbers, email addresses, instant messenger accounts, social networks, blogs and forums, games and other services (e.g. Skype, Steam, iTunes, Google Play, QIWI); contact databases; services for the paid use of an account on any resource by another person; 
b) SIM-cards and services of connection to mobile operators;
c) Frames-flippers on car numbers, magnets for illegal adjustment of meters, quick-release frames for numbers on cars, anti-tow trucks, services for adjusting the mileage and any manipulations with vehicle odometers (including repairs), universal keys for intercoms, codegrabbers, electric meters with a control panel, etc;
d) Real estate property and goods with the ban (restriction) on registration activity; property under arrest;
e) Job offers without official registration; services related to illegal registration of organizations of a legal entity for a front person; services, job hunting and offer related to the fictitious implementation of the functions of the executive body in a legal entity; offers of fictitious registration at the place of stay; sale of diagnostic cards without actual technical inspection of the car and other similar offers; 
f) Goods and services related to illegal trafficking or forgery of state license plates or documents for vehicles, or other official documents granting rights or exempting from obligations (for example, state certificates, licenses, permits, signs, passes, forms of strict reporting, documents on education or qualifications), with the exception of goods for collecting purposes with an explicitly indicated expiration date or a mark of invalidity/ cancellation / redemption; services for editing information in official registers and databases;
g) Mediation in obtaining state and municipal services in return for a fee; 
h) Services related to unauthorized use of information and technology (e.g. account hacking and other hacking services, spamming, unauthorized copying of content);
i) Goods with information about distance selling, if their remote sale is prohibited; 
j) Goods and services without registration, certification, licenses or permits, when their passing or obtaining is mandatory;
k) Goods from the state material reserve; 
l) Offers aimed at causing damage to third parties or their property, as well as offers with evidence of fraud.
6.6.18. Coronavirus-related goods and services: 
a) aimed at violating social distancing and other isolation measures;
b) means for treatment, diagnosis and prevention of coronavirus;
c) reference to the term to attract attention or describe the transaction conditions; d) diagnostic tests without any reference to a special disease for which they are intended;
6.6.19. Products which protect from 5G radiation.

7. Quality requirements for advertisements

7.1. By fulfilling Requirements for  quality of advertisements the Seller helps his potential Buyers and customers to get a correct impression of your offer in the form corresponding to the legislation of Russian Federation and other countries. 
7.2. An advertisement shall contain a minimum amount of information for describing an offer so as to give the Buyers an opportunity to make a decision on a transaction.
7.3. The Seller shall fill in each parameter (field) of an advertisement only that information for which the goods on sale are intended. If some parameters are mandatory, the Seller will not be able to insert an advertisement without completing them.
7.4. The Seller is entitled to insert an advertisement in Russian and foreign languages and in Cyrillic. It is not allowed to write a text in capital letters. The Seller shall avoid abbreviations and contractions.
7.5. Obscene language, erotic, vulgar or offensive images and texts, information that contains threats, provokes cruelty, hatred, disrespect or may lead to illegal actions, as well as any other information that does not comply with moral standards and business practices are absolutely impermissible on the International Trading Platform.
7.6. SHOPPING-ONLINE is entitled, if required, to change some technical parameters of an advertisement, for example, a subcategory.
7.7. Features of completing some parameters of an advertisement  are provided in categories of paragraph 16. ‘Cars’, p.15.Real Estate’.

8. Type of advertisements 

8.1. In case of sale of used goods (secondhand) the Seller shall indicate ‘Personal belongings’, ‘Products from manufacturer’ - this is a value for Sellers who themselves manufacture the goods and sell them on the International Trading Platform. ‘Product purchased for sale’ is a value for Sellers who resell goods on the International Trading Platform and profit from cost difference.

9. Name of Advertisement 

9.1. An advertisement name also refers to such parameters as ‘Services’.
9.2. The Seller indicates the name of goods, service or your another  offer in an advertisement name.
9.3. The Seller is not entitled to indicate in an advertisement name:

  • contact details or Internet websites;
  • price;
  • words, symbols, spaces, repeated words or letters to attract attention (for example, ‘sell’, ‘click’, ‘come’, ‘attention!’, ‘inexpensively’, ‘reasonably, ‘at great price’, ‘promotion’, ‘bonus’, ‘manicure’, ‘m a n i c u r e’, ‘jeans jeans jeans’, ‘telephooon’, etc.);
  • words: ‘gift’, present’, ‘bonus’, ‘souvenir’, etc. without reference to a specific item that is offered by the Seller as an addition to the goods at no charge;
  • general characteristics of the product without its specific name, for example, ‘apparatus’, ‘electronics’, ‘assembly’, ‘new’, ‘used’, ‘for spare parts’, ‘good’, etc. 

10. Description of Advertisement 

10.1. Description of the Seller's advertisement also refers to parameters such as ‘Company Description’ and ‘Profile’.
10.2. Description of an advertisement is solely intended for information specifying your offer and its content shall comply with all the Rules of the International Trading Platform.
10.3. The Seller is entitled to specify the following information:

  • on shipping;
  • on possibility of wholesale or retail buying the goods;
  • whether the Seller represents a dispatching service or an intermediary company;
  • on availability of agency fee;
  • on discounts and gifts on buying (for example, ‘With the purchase of an Acer laptop, SteelSeries Rival 710 gaming mouse comes as a gift’, ‘10% discount for students until October 31’). At the same time, general phrases that are not a specific offer are prohibited (for example, ‘summer prices’, ‘price is reduced’, ‘discounts to the first 10 buyers’);
  • on warranty for offered goods;
  • on assembly and installation of purchased goods;
  • on presentation of reporting transactional documents;
  • on possibility to organize a test drive, fitting or display of goods;
  • on possibility to reserve goods for further buying.

10.4. The Seller should not specify:

  • contact details (Exception: the Seller may specify the actual address of a store, on goods delivery the Seller shall indicate the legal address);
  • symbols, spaces, repeating words or letters to attract attention (for example, ‘manicure’, ‘m a n i c u r e’, ‘blouses blouse blouse’, "noteboook", etc.);
  • links to third-party websites (Exceptions: in categories where provided and in  ‘Real estate’ category, the Seller shall indicate a link to the project disclosure statement of  new housing development; in ‘Real estate’, ‘Cars’ and ‘Transport’ categories (except for  ‘Parts & Accessories’ subcategory), the Seller is entitled to specify a link to the electronic platform on which an auction is held, if the Seller's advertisement concerns an auction for the sale of goods);
  • general information on the Seller's business (for example, ‘The Company is among the top 10 manufacturers’, ‘More than 20 years at the market’, ‘We work through the holidays’, etc.) or about competitors;
  • redundant words specified in order to promote an advertisement in search service.

11. Price

11.1. The price shall be a whole number indicated in rubles or foreign currency.
11.2. The Seller shall indicate that particular price for which he sells the goods or provides the service offered to the Buyer.
11.3. The Seller is forbidden to specify a price range (for example, ‘300 - 790 rubles’ or ‘USD 150 – 700’ or  EUR 500 – 600').
11.4. The Seller is not entitled to select  ‘Free’ parameter, that is, ‘0’ parameter in ‘Price’ field, if he sells goods and offers the Buyers to fix the price on their own. 
11.5. If the Seller is ready to reduce a price, then in ‘Price’ parameter, when selecting ‘Listing Type’ in ‘Add a Product for Sale’ parameter, he indicates full cost and removes the label from ‘Discount Rate’ parameter next to the price. Then the Seller is entitled to indicate the amount of a discount in percentage terms (%), when selecting ‘Add a Product or Service as an Ordinary Listing’ and ‘Add a Product to Receive Quote (Price) Requests’, the price reduction by the Seller (discount) is not allowed.

12. Photos & Videos

12.1. Photos and videos should be of good quality, match an advertisement name and description, and give the substance of the Seller's offer. The size of each photo should not exceed 10 MB. A photo format should be .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .svg, .tiff.
12.2. The Seller shall post only those photos and videos that are made by the Seller  or  the Seller has a legitimate reason (License) to use them. 
12.3. The Seller is forbidden to use the same photos of the goods. The same holds for  advertisements in real estate - if an owner and an agency offer the same object, the photos should be different.
12.4. The object of an offer should be the main element of the photo.
12.5. If the object of the Seller's offer is displayed with  a brand wall or logo in the background, then such a brand wall or logo should not take up more than 10% of the photo. Exception: in ‘Services’ categories and in ‘Turnkey business’ subcategory photos of the company (Legal Entity) logo are allowed.
12.6. In the event that a person is pictured on a photo or video, the Seller shall be able to confirm his consent to use his image on the International Trading Platform.

13. Place of transaction ‘Location’

13.1. The Seller shall specify the  address in ‘Location’ field when inserting an ad - it is factored into online search and assist in finding Buyers faster.
13.2. When inserting an advertisement the Seller by completing ‘Location’ field, receives a point on the map, and the address is determined automatically. The Seller may not fill in this  ‘Location’ field in full, indicating in ‘Location’ field only the city and street. In this case nobody will see the Seller's address.
13.3. The Seller is entitled  in the Personal Cabinet of ‘Settings’ section of ‘Update Profile’ subsection to select ‘Show my location’ checkbox or remove it, in this case no one will see the Seller's address in open Profile of the Personal Cabinet.

14. Contacts

14.1. The Seller in case of foreign economic activities (as Importer/Exporter) and interregional activities, shall warn the Buyer about the cost of calls in ‘(Description) of goods’ section at the bottom.
 14.2. The Seller and the Buyer are entitled to regulate a display of contact details in the Personal Cabinet Profile in ‘Settings’ section of ‘Update Profile’ subsection by checking the box in ‘Show my email address’, ‘Show my phone number’ and ‘Show my location’.

15. Features of advertising insertion in ‘Real estate’ category

15.1. Subcategory selection

15.1.1. Subcategory Residential real estate → Studios (one-room apartments), two-room apartments, three-room apartments, Multi-room apartments is intended for advertisements for sale, purchase, search and rental of apartments. Subcategory Residential Real Estate → Rooms – for advertisements for beds, rooms, shares of rooms or apartments.
15.1.2. Subcategory Real estate → Houses, cottages, plots of land is intended for advertisements for ready-made objects and objects that are under construction at the time of insertion. The Seller is entitled to insert advertisements for sale of prefabricated objects in subcategory Services → Construction & Repair → Construction of houses, cottages.
15.1.3. Subcategory Real Estate → Garages, Parking spaces lots is intended for advertisements for objects with a definite location.
15.1.4. Subcategory Real Estate → Commercial Real Estate is intended for advertisements for properties used for commercial purposes (including apartments withdrawn from the housing stock). 
15.1.5. Insert advertisements for sale or rent of apartments in subcategories Real Estate → Studios (one-room apartments), two-room apartments, three-room apartments, multi-room apartments.
15.1.6. If you are a professional realtor, insert advertisements offering your services (selection, evaluation, legal support of transaction, etc.) in category Services → Business services → Real estate services. It is forbidden insert advertisements for paid services for selection of real estate under the cover of housing rent.

15.2. Name of Advertisement

15.2.1. In subcategory Real Estate → Commercial Real Estate in an advertisement Header the Seller shall specify only the type of object and its main parameters. Correct: Commercial premises, 180 m². Incorrect: "Commercial premises for 90000 rubles.", "Commercial premises urgently", "Commercial premises call ХХХХХХХХХХХХХ", "Commercial premises website.ru".

15.3. Ownership

15.3.1. Advertisements for housing under construction with ‘Developer’ status’ can be inserted only by Sellers having a status of a legal entity.

15.4. Price

15.4.1. The Seller shall indicate the full cost of objects instead of the price per square metre or one hundred square metres of land. Exception: in subcategory Real Estate → Commercial Real Estate, the Seller is entitled to set a price either per square meter or for the entire object.
15.4.2. In advertisements such as ‘Rent’ with a lease term, the Seller is forbidden to set a price for hourly rent.  
15.4.3. If the Seller indicates a clearly undervaluated price of an object in an  advertisement  without giving reasons, such an advertisement may be rejected or blocked.

15.5. Photographs

15.5.1. The Seller shall add photos of the house (building, structure) and photos of the interior (rooms, hallway, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.), which give a true and fair view of  the current situation inside the proposed object. If the Seller does not have photos of the interior, the Seller shall mandatorily add photos with a current layout.
15.5.2. If the Seller's advertisement contains both interior photos and layout projects, it is required to choose an interior photo as a title photo.

15.6. Secondary real estate

15.6.1. In the Seller's advertisements for secondary real estate, a realistic photo of premises should come first. Design projects (renders) can be added additionally, but the Seller is not advised to upload them instead of realistic and actual photos.

15.7. Daily rent

15.7.1. In category of Real Estate of Rent to Seller filter it is forbidden to insert advertisements without photos. Photos should be taken indoors. For each premises there should be at least one photo, for example:

    • for studio apartment – minimum 3 photos: a kitchen view, a room view, a bathroom;
    • for a two-room apartment – at least 3 photos: a kitchen, each room, a bathroom; 
    • for a three-room apartment – at least 4 photos: a kitchen, each room, a bathroom, etc.

15.7.2. To insert an advertisement in  subcategories Real Estate → Residential Real Estate / Houses, summer houses, plots of land of Type of Offer ‘Daily Rent’ filter in non-metropolian areas, the Seller shall confirm availability of such property. For these reasons, on three mandatory photos (a kitchen, a room, a bathroom)  there should be a link to the profile page of the Seller who insers advertisements.
15.7.3. The Seller shall print or write a link to the profile page Shopping-online.store/profile/ (Seller's Profile Name)... on a sheet of paper and take a photo of it with a respective part of an apartment (object) in the background. A link to photos should be clear and entirely readable. The Seller is not recommended to use graphic editors to apply a number to the photo, or to take photos  of a sheet with a profile number against the background of digital or printed photos of the object.

15.8. Address

15.8.1. The Seller shall indicate an exact address of a real estate unit. If the unit is located geographically within the region, then in  ‘Location’ parameter in  ‘Address’ form, the Seller shall indicate accurately the Object Address in order to display Placemark on the map.
15.8.2. An advertisement inserted by the Seller in ‘Real estate’ section on the International Trading Platform will be inserted through RSS feed by third parties on third-party resources in order to raise efficiency of attracting potential Buyers.

16. Features of advertising insrertion in ‘Cars’ category

16.1. Subcategory selection

16.1.1. The Seller is entitled to insert an advertisement in ‘Cars’ category only if all the conditions mentioned below are fulfilled:
а) The Seller who confirmed ‘Store’ status in the Personal Cabinet of the International Trading Platform is regarded as an officially confirmed legal entity, indicating that he is ‘Official Dealer' as to a car model, for the sale of which the Seller intends to insert an advertisement.
b) A new car offered for sale is owned by an authorized dealer (the Seller). Advertisements for sale of new cars that are owned by any other person (the Seller) are also inserted in ‘Cars’ category in ‘Type of car' filter selected ‘Used’.
c) The car was not previously registered.
d) The car was not used on public roads.
e) The mileage of the car offered by the Seller does not exceed 100 km.
16.1.2. If the Seller sells a car "for spare parts", he shall insert an advertisement in subcategory Transport → Parts & Accessories → Spare parts by selecting ‘For cars’ value in the filter. If the Seller sells a car "entirely part out", he shall insert an advertisement  in ‘Cars’ category by selecting ‘Car type’ filter value → ‘Used’.
16.1.3. If the Seller sells attachments for trucks and special equipment, he shall insert an advertisement in subcategory Transport → Trucks and special equipment. For example, if the Seller sells a bucket for an excavator loader it is required to select Transport → Trucks and special equipment → Excavators.

16.2. Type of advertisement

16.2.1. The Seller shall choose the type of an advertisement which is the most representative for the purpose of sale, by selecting all required parameters such as ‘Type of sale’, ‘Car type’, ‘Engine type’, etc.

16.3. Name of advertisement

16.3.1. In ‘Cars’ category, an advertisement name ‘Header’ is formed by the Seller in accordance with specification of the car  that the Seller intends to sell.

16.4. Description of advertisement

16.4.1. In ‘Cars’ category in description of an advertisement, the Seller is recommended to specify whether identical cars are available both for sale and on request. 
16.4.2. In subcategory Transport → Parts & Accessories → Tires and cartwheels the Seller is recommended to specify in an advertisement a tyre identification mark and wear.
16.4.3. If the Seller sells spare parts that are suited for different cars, it is required to specify in description of an advertisement the make and model of these cars.
16.4.4. Sellers without confirmation of ‘Shop’ status which is regarded as ‘Authorized Dealer’ in ‘Cars’ category of advertisements have no right to use in description of an advertisement such indications as ‘Official Dealer’, ‘Verified Dealer’ and other similar words and phrases.

16.5. Price

16.5.1. The car price should be based on its class and condition. Advertisements in which at well below market prices are indicated for similar cars with no reason given as to  the price reduction in ‘Ad Description’ parameter may be rejected or blocked by SHOPPING ONLINE on the International Trading Platform.
16.5.2. Sellers with confirmed ‘Shop’ status which is regarded as ‘Authorized Dealer’ in ‘Cars’ category of advertisements who insert advertisements by using ‘Add product for sale’ type of advertisement, may also indicate persentage discount next to the price by clearing the check box for ‘No discount’ value.

16.6. Condition

16.6.1. In subcategory Transport → Parts & Accessories, the Seller shall specify the condition of a spare part on sale. Select Condition ‘New’ or ‘Excellent’ for still unused goods, and ‘Good’ and lower for those that were in use.

16.7. VIN or body number

16.7.1. The Seller shall indicate correct VIN-number of the car or a body number in  description of an advertisement. If your car  has no VIN number you should indicate a chassis or body number instead. 
16.7.2. The Seller is entitled to indicate State registration number of the car in description of an advertisement, which should correspond to its VIN-number in case of matching procedure by Buyer through third-party services of State Road Traffic Safety Authority and Autotheca.

16.8. Mileage

16.8.1. If an advertisement specifies an unrealistic low mileage of the car as compared to the year of the car release without any reasons given such an advertisement may be rejected by SHOPPING-ONLINE or blocked on the International Trading Platform.
