JetCoolerPC - CPU cooler, 3d model

JetCoolerPC is a 3D model of a cooler for cooling the processor of your personal computer (PC), designed for AMD sockets: AM3, AM4, AM5 and Intel: 115X,12XX,17XX,20XX due to the available possibility of replacing the mounting strips to motherboards from different manufacturers. Designed based on the size of CPU coolers available on the market. The project is marketed as a technological idea that allows you to control the air flow better, since coolers (fans) from other manufacturers do not always use the full potential of the airflow. Thus, the flow collected by the fan blades in most cases dissipates (swirls), excluding heat intake (heat exchange) from some areas of the aluminum radiator, which reduces the efficiency of heat transfer and sufficient cooling of the processor of your computer as a whole.

The model is made in the form of a jet engine shape with a combination of design. Every detail of the design has its own significance and plays a role in ensuring the fulfillment of the tasks of aerodynamics, so the project was given the name - jet cooler for PC.

JetCoolerPC consists of:

• aluminum heat sink;
• the inner part of the aerodynamic body;
• air intake - the front part of the case;
• ring;
• compressor with an area for fitting the cooler motor;
• fixing the cooler under the AMD socket;
• fixing the cooler under the Intel socket;
• mounting of the electric motor (x2);
• impeller (fan);
• copper heat sink tube (thermal tube);
• impeller axis (shaft);
• cooler bearing (x2);
• impeller spring;
• aluminum radiator fin;
• aluminum radiator fin 2;
• aluminum radiator fin 3;
• aluminum radiator fin 4;
• locking ring of the impeller axis (shaft);
• ferito-magnetic ring;
• radiator cylinder;
• electric motor (from the cooler);
• mounting element of the bar to the heat sink for AMD;
• mounting element of the strap to the heat sink for Intel.

During the design of the jet cooler, documentation was also developed (all the documents listed below are included in the archive):

• specification;
• production manual.

In the sketches of the parts you can find the dimensions for the formation of drawings and transfer to production (turning and milling of elements of metal structures), most of the parts are printed on a 3D printer of different printing technologies, so the manual gives recommendations for choosing a material according to the hardness of the Shore and the temperatures of softening of plastic materials.
